The trash compactor box is designed to be folded flat and can be easily unfolded for inserting into the inflight trash compactor. It can withstand compaction force, and materials used must be punctured, water-resistant and capable of stowing up-to 35 lbs of compacted trash and/or residual liquid. The box can be closed and secured for storage after use.
The paper trash box can be used in the 3210/3220 series trash compactors in aircraft.
